Whether you’re learning to swim or fine-tune your strokes and improve your fitness, our adult classes are here to help you make a splash.

For those who are cautious of water, cannot swim in the deep end unassisted or haven’t had the opportunity to learn to swim at an early age.
For anyone who is comfortable swimming and is looking to refine the four strokes and work on general fitness and endurance.
