All swimming gear purchased from Zogs is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the product. This includes issues such as stitching defects, seam separations, or faulty components.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or alteration of the product. Examples of non-covered issues include damage from chlorine exposure, fading of colors due to prolonged sun exposure, or damage from sharp objects.
If you believe your swimming gear is experiencing a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require additional information or photographs to assess the claim.
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If the defect is confirmed to be covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item. However, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for evaluation.
